I will be sharing with you a 4 step process that I have created to help people over the years of my work with clients and myself to build confidence.   • Identity: How you see yourself is how others see you! [27:15]
  • Exercise:  Create/understand your core values. [28:10]
  • Integrate: Ignoring your problems, numbing, and avoidance. [38:00]
  • Exercise: Create space for your emotions to come through.  [33:00]
  • Interrupting: Interrupting (your thoughts and fears) your 7 self-confidence saboteurs. [33:50]
  • Exercise: Acknowledge that they are there but do not let them drive the car (your actions). [34:46]

  • I want to share a massive win of a client [35:40]
  • Implement: We cannot think our way into confidence, we need to also take action  [39:50]
  • Exercise: Keeping small promises to yourself every day [40:50]
